Celebration of Mentoring!

June 21st, 2007 was a celebration of mentors.  The evening featured nationally known speaker Charlie Appelstein, MSW, & a delicious five course meal at the Western Culinary Institute’s Restaurant Bleu.

Before the event, mentors and kids had the opportunity to go backstage in the WCI kitchens and have a hands-on experience, learning to make a delicious meal on their own.  The whole celebration was a smashing success!
